The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

We collect your name and email addresses digitally via our booking sources (currently Ticket Tailor)
From time to time we collect your names on spreadsheets for use to enable us to for-fill role balancing on workshops/events/class nights. These details are only kept temporarily until the workshops are finished, then deleted and erased. Occasionally we will ask for email addresses or Mobile numbers to forfill obligations of late notice cancellations/important updates for the event you have signed up for.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us by you for one of the following reasons:

To notify you and keep you updated on important information and safety info relevant to the event /workshop you have signed up for or future workshops we think you may be interested in via our newsletters.

Ticket Tailor when you sign up fpr specific events

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

Role Balance workshops, contact you regarding information relative to your booked event or important safety information regarding the event/workshop/weekender.

We may share this information with guest teachers who will be teaching on the event relevant to your booking, any legal entity that has the jurisdiction to access said information

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep name records, email addresses, contact numbers for [no longer than 3 years unless your permission is granted for us to store longer, however in the event of weekenders or workshops, your details are kept until you inform us in writing you want to be removed.

We will then dispose your information by deleting spreadsheets (shredding them via AVG)
